YThis is a route that allows us to appreciate the richness of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, its ancient history and the heritage that is kept alive thanks to its people. We will visit the Parwa cultural centre to learn about its traditional textiles and the symbolism contained in its designs and colours. We will have the opportunity to appreciate the process of each piece, the elements used, the method of obtaining its natural dyes and the weaving techniques that are passed from generation to generation. In addition, we will be able to see the work of the artisans live. We will also visit Ollantaytambo, an ancient military, religious and agricultural centre of the Incas. We will tour the main temple and the platforms of the stone fortress. Its fortress, a sample of all the Inca power, is strategically located on a mountain, where we will tour its main temple, platforms, and fountains, while we enjoy an unbeatable view of the town, the only one that maintains the original Inca urban design.

To further enhance the experience, we can enjoy local flavours during lunch before heading to Pisac archaeological complex, which houses dazzling stone platforms and offers a privileged view of the traditional town that bears the same name. Walking through its buildings we will see why it is one of the most relevant in the valley, both for its urban planning (very advanced for its time) and for the variety of environments or “areas” dedicated to religious ceremonies, rooms, and temples.
