“The mattress had dirty stains on the side. We also noticed the Hotel is a bit dated needs some remodeling. The room we stayed at had a service room next to it. The staff was continuously letting the doors bang really loud in the morning and through out the day. Not very peaceful when you're on vacation trying to sleep in and relax. Although the staff was great, friendly and helpful. That's why we didn't want to complain. Overall, our stay was ok though.”

“In se tutto perfetto però l’unico problema è stato che la porta per entrare in camera era difettosa e dovevi aprirla con la forza, il cassetto centrale dove c’è la TV rimane sempre aperto non si chiude, meglio dire lo puoi chiudere e 10 secondi dopo te lo ritrovi tutto aperto. Come ultima cosa, a noi purtroppo si e irritato il water di sera verso le 11 una volta chiamata la reception ci hanno detto che l’indomani verso le 7 mandavano qualcuno ma non è arrivato nessuno solo dopo che noi verso le...

“I used to come to Coral Springs 2 times a year and I’d always book different hotels for my own reasons. Now I come here several times a year. After my first stay at this hotel, I chose to continue to book my reservations here. I’ve stood here about 7 times within the year and the staff is always nice and accommodating. They have a pool and gym which I love and free parking. It’s always a pleasure staying here. Highly recommended”

“The room was clean, but the towels were placed the wrong way round – not on the cards. The fabric sofa in the room needs to be removed immediately; it’s completely unhygienic. The breakfast was poor, with second-rate fruit and equipment that posed a risk to inexperienced guests.”
