It starts when you first pull up. The address leads you to a gate you cannot access. You hit the button and get told you need to back out and go around the block to the other side. The guests behind you have to back up as well since there is no turn around for you to get to the other gate. If you don’t see the guard gate when you arrive do not pull up
Not all rooms have washer and dryer. The “ resort” will not change your bed sheets unless you are there more than 14 days. You can request new towels. They will be delivered in a big clear trash bag and left on the floor and the dirty towels will be left in your room.
They no longer have a mixer in your room and they have only one glass measuring cup. There are minimal pots and only 3 glass bowls which you would need for both preparing and storing so you cannot do both. Only 8 dishes for a room that sleeps 6 so plan on running the dishwashe a lot. Do not get me started on the pizza cutter, and hand held can opener. They would have done better purchasing from the Dollar Store. It has gotten so bad that the toilet paper rolls are no longer replaced when a guest leaves so you start with a roll that has maybe 10 sheets left to it. Nothing says relaxing vacation like changing your toilet paper the moment you arrive.
Elevators are always out of order so they had us use the service elevator. You walk past piled up garbage to get to and from your room. The rooms have carpet but no vacuum to use only a carpet sweeper
