“I ask for an upstairs quiet room because I am a light sleeper. The girl at the front desk put me in 341 which turned out to be right next to a busy freeway interchange and a six flags amusement park. It was so loud all night I hardly slept. Not sure if she thought it was a joke or just didn’t know the lay out of the hotel. Either way it was unacceptable and I was very annoyed. ”

“Everything was very good to great. Only recommendation is the staff be up to speed on availability of the trolley transportation. The check-in staff didn't know and as guest we didn't know to ask. We just stumbled on the availability ourselves. ”

“They charge a $100.00 deposit. I have stayed at this location and another in DFW. I am an older solo traveler and have never received my $100.00 deposit back from either location. I did not leave and mess. I got coffee out and also ate out. There was no excuse to keep my deposit.”
