“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”

“1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair...

“Pessimo. Le stanze sono ampie ma non c'è neanche un armadio ed il resto dell'arredamento è vecchio e orribile. La "colazione continentale" è composta da caffè, succo d'arancia e muffing gelati, e alle 9 viene ritirato tutto. Decisamente da evitare!”

“I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort.”

“Poor management and maintenance the room was not to bad but the property and building as a whole package needs quite a bit of work.. surrounded by some good local businesses and dining even pretty close to other shore town areas.. Hopefully they value that location and develop it better”

“Rooms are clean. They are very spacious as to where I cold live in it. Inside and out side are kept very clean and looking nice. It was a pleasure staying here. ”

“Tampa was booked due to the BTS concert so we decided to reserve the closets possibly and this was the only place under $200 we could find. I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but the place is falling apart. The bed covers need to be changed they have rips and holes. The bathroom door frame was broken like someone had kicked the door and broke it. It resembled a scary movie room.”

“This hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly felt neglected. The bathtub was peeling badly, stained, and had visible rust around the drain. The caulking and grout looked dirty and poorly maintained, making the bathroom feel unsanitary. Around the toilet there was rust, grime, and obvious lack of cleaning. For the price paid, I expected a clean and properly maintained room, but this looked like it hadn’t been updated or deep cleaned in years. Definitely would not stay here again and would...
