"If you're looking for a wonderful base to explore Marrakech, Ksar Anika Boutique Hotel is simply the perfect choice. We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The Staff: The Real Highlight What truly makes this hotel top-tier is its exceptional staff. It's really hard to find better: warm, always smiling, attentive, and welcoming. They have a gift for making you feel completely looked after every single day. Here, the motto really is 'it's time to relax,' and they deliver on that promise perfectly. Prime Location The hotel is located in the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), which is a fantastic spot. The location is ideal: quiet and serene, yet just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant, bustling souks and the city's main attractions. Amenities & Rooms • The Room: Beautiful, cozy, and well-appointed. If we had to mention two tiny details (being Italian, forgive us! 😄): the shower tends to splash a bit, and we missed having a bidet, but these are minor things compared to the overall comfort. • Breakfast: Superb, varied, and delicious—the perfect way to start the day. • The Pool: Excellent, clean, and refreshing, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Final Verdict: A wonderful boutique hotel that we would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be back!"

"STRUTTURA MOLTO CURATA E PULITISSIMA. LE ZONE COMUNI ERANO TENUTE MOLTO BENE. ENTRATA E ZONA PISCINA SOPRATTUTTO. LA CAMERA UN PO' LONTANA DA TUTTO (ERA L'ULTIMA DELL'HOTEL) E PRATICAMENTE C'ERA DEL DISTURBO NOTTURNO IN QUANTO L'HOTEL VICINISSIMO SUL TERRAZZO AVEVA MOLTO MUSICA ALTA. COLAZIONE PERFETTA. PERSONALE SEMPRE GENTILE E ACCOGLIENTE E ALCUNI DAVVERO ATTENTI. UNICA NOTA NEGATIVA UN PO' IL TERRAZZO NON DEL TUTTO PULITO ANCHE SE MOLTO GRANDE. E LA TELEVISIONE IN CAMERA CHE POSIZIONATA SU UNA PARETE ERA IMPOSSIBILE DA VEDERE DAL LETTO."

"La stanza carina, purtroppo le donne delle pulizie non sono bravissime. Sono venute solo a rifare il letto e buttare il cestino del bagno , ma non hanno mai pulito i bicchieri o i piatti rimasti, nonostante avessi sollecitato la pulizia. Non hai mai rimesso i vanity set in bagno (nemmeno gli essenziali ) La colazione in confronto è stata ottima, la signora Naima e lo chef Sami sono stati meravigliosi , ospitali e molto molto gentili. Infatti ho messo un punteggio alto soltanto grazie a loro. Devo ammettere che anche il servizio di voiturer è impeccabile e ben organizzato. Purtroppo la pulizia è altrettanto fondamentale. Ci vorrebbe maggiore controllo al riguardo, soprattutto per una catena alberghiera come Mövenpick. "
