“Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.”

“There was no shower curtain. Water keeps going all over the bathroom and they are aware of this. The shower keeps dripping. The beds are old and creaky and pillows are extremely poor. I would not go back to this hotel again.”

“The pool and hot tub were well maintained and were at the perfect temperature for me, very comfortable and relaxing. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of variety and our room and bathroom were very clean.”

“A big shout out to all the staff working at the front desk. They could not have been more professional. I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you. But not here. The person at the desk not only took time to read my list but gave very thoughtful responses, including the assurance that he would personally make sure the management saw it. “We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.”
