“Diverso rispetto a quanto descritto. Si parla di cucina attrezzata, ma in realtà non sono presenti pentole o stoviglie. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose. Spiaggia vicina ma non molto godibile.”

“This little gem has become my home away from home in Oakland. It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

“Eveyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. The room was nice but the property was in the middle of a renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Other than that, I will definitely be booking there next time I'm in town.”

“ Checked in my restroom had pee all over the toilet like the maid didn't even bother, there was no breakfast, paid for parking thru Expedia but it was not honored at the site, and no breakfast”

“Ottimo soggiorno. Personale molto gentile, camere rinnovate da poco, letto molto comodo, molto pulito. Non fatevi spaventare dall'esterno! Un po' rumoroso, ma economico e pulito. Tutte le camere sono dotate di microonde, frigo e TV enorme. ”
