“We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be.”

“I personally loved the overall experience and I was always looking forward to breakfast. I love that you can make your own waffles on the spot, hot and crispy. Overall experience was great. The only downside was I requested for room services and they never showed up until the day I was checking out.”
