“Peccato che per arrivare ed uscire dalla camera mi sono dovuto arrampiare su scale che per una persona meno giovane o meno sportiva potrebbe creare problemi. “We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

Al met al een hele verbetering met een fijne regendouche en nieuw sanitair in onze badkamer. Ook her ontbijtbuffet is wat handiger vormgegeven. Al met al: gefeliciteerd met deze upgrade! ”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
