“Old facility, very old elevator”

“Peccato che per arrivare ed uscire dalla camera mi sono dovuto arrampiare su scale che per una persona meno giovane o meno sportiva potrebbe creare problemi. “Davvero un bel soggiorno presso questo albergo. Il personale è davvero gentile e ti fa sentire a casa. Camera spaziosa e pulita, così come il bagno. Sapone e docciaschiuma di alta qualità, brand Rituals. Colazione con scelta abbondante e davvero deliziosa. Unico neo: l'uso di moquette in camera. La trovo piuttosto obsoleta, meglio un pavimento: meno polvere, più facile da mantenere, più ecologico in quanto dura di più. Ma è una mia preferenza personale.”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”
