“Property is beautiful. Bug season was upon us. Pool area attendants need to actually attend to the pool and keep it clean and the area around the pool. Should have a chair system for saving chairs. You can have as many chairs that are in your party. People have 10 chairs for 4 people. Garbage in and around the property piles up and takes away from the beauty of the property. Overall, if it want for the bugs, we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. Staff is kind and friendly. Lots of amenities....

“Clean Motel Rooms with clean linen, parking and pool close to Lake Geneva, quiet neighborhood and close to everything for a good price. Nothing fancy.”

“I mentioned that I was a Gold member per Expedia instruction to receive perks but received none. We also notified front desk about the loud noise from the room upstairs as it was already 11pm and people are still being loud. No actions were done. Probably won’t be back in this property.”
