“Could not sleep some nights because of non stop stumping noise from the guest from the next floor. Even with the complaints it still didn’t stop. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.”

“The staff were friendly, but the room was noisy due to the old AC systems, not its proximity to the road. Additionally, the sheets had an unpleasant odor of dirt and sweat.”

“There was a huge roach in one of the rooms. Everything is outdated, broken chairs by the pool with metal sticking out. Only 1 very small washer and dryer, even smaller “gym”. Staff was ok, not super friendly but not not friendly. 2/5; wouldn’t stay here again.”

Would book again if I was staying on this side of SA.”

Everything tasted great! The hotel's location is perfect! It was only 10 minutes from SeaWorld. Also, it was located near many retail stores and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again!”

“Very nice hotel with clean, spacious room tht came with all the needed amenities. The daily breakfast was a plus and made for a stress free start to the day. The staff was friendly, courteous and ready with recommendations for eating places or local shopping nearby. I thoughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again on future visits.”

“Rooms were okay. Staff was pretty nice when we arrived. One elevator was broken. A storm came through and the second elevator broke so being on the second floor with lots of luggage and kids was tough. Locking the back gate by a certain time as an inconvenience. We were not from the area and our GPS continued to route us that way so if we would get back after a certain time we’d have to go all the way back around to get in through the entrance coming off the highway.
