“This is a nice hotel, had a couple of days here on business, shame not to have the time to enjoy the lovely surroundings.”

“I have always wanted to visit Seckford Hall, and I took a work trip as an opportunity. The staff were just so warm and friendly. The spa was wonderful And the atmosphere in the bar and the communal areas-just excellent. Many thanks to all the staff.”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, and there is free parking. The room was fine, although the blinds did not black out the light fully. The staff could not have been more helpful and were delightful, and the food was very good.”

“Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.”

“was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

“Room was clean. Staff were welcoming Breakfast was ok, needs another coffee machine as there were lines every morning. Spa - The sauna wasnt working and in the addititonal package - the steam room wasnt working. Lockers were broken too. Additional package was not worth the additional money.”
