“Poor communication on actual booking. Did not reply on WhatsApp after they communicated. Room wasn’t prepared for 4 people and later tried to charge another room stating they didn’t understand 12:15 midnight”

“This place is so beautiful, we felt a little bit like in the middle of the jungle thanks to all the trees around. The rooms are also really nice. The staff was helpful, the dinner at the restaurant was good... The only little problem we got is the wifi wasn't working from the rooms, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We loved Kizumba house”

While the property is not within walking distance of nearby restaurants or markets, taxis were always readily available to take us wherever we needed to go. “A true disaster. Booked pickup from airport, but no one came. When arriving to the hotel at 3 o clock in the morning - there was no rooms available even though my reservation was booked, confirmed and paid via Hotels. They send us to a hotel nearby where we could stay some hours (they needed the rooms for new guests) and the quality and standard was VERY low. Came back to SG Hotel and spoke to the manager who offered a dinner and a drink which we did not accept. I demanded a cash refund which...
