“We stayed several days in a suite. The breakfast service was amazing - every morning the food was set out perfectly and very clean. When our rooms were cleaned it was a good job, but despite more than once specifically requesting a room cleaning we returned to find the service was not done. For what we paid I find that disappointing.”

“There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. ”

“We loved the vibe of this hotel. Every floor had a different theme. The lobby was beautiful. Lots of fun places for selfies! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had the usual amenities. However, the towels were a little smaller than I am used to. Plenty of places to charge devices. Nice to have option of mini frodge and microwave.”

“Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between.”

“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono.
Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.
