“The staff was friendly although we didn’t interact much. The room was very clean. Not sure about the wifi since we didn’t use it. Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Attached restaurant didn’t open until 8:00 am. A bit late for use to try. Overall the price was reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised with the place. We would stay again if the need arises.”

“Hotel was being used as a housing unit for some misplaced individuals. We thought it would be fine so we proceeded with our stay at the hotel only to arrive and immediately ask that we be switched to a new hotel. Floors 1-9 were FULL, consequently could not use any of the amenities they had to offer us. We were escorted even in the elevators by security with random people running in and out of the building a very unsettling experience. Area around the hotel was not nice either. ”

“Rooms need to be updated. Tub was really old. Lights were flickering in the bathroom. The curtains were not blackout curtains. The hotel claimed the rooms were soundproof, maybe from the outside/inside but I can hear my neighbors chatting.”

“They always try to place Expedia customers near the elevators so request to be far away from elevators or you’ll be hearing beeps and chimes all day and night. No CNN available so you won’t be able to watch any relevant / accurate news. Decent property though, nice pool and hot tub area. Hotel attracts a better crowd none of the ‘local trouble makers ‘ stay here.”

“The parking was so good but the room was not clean and a double bed for two people they put one table and one chair when two people want to eat something one of them has to stand ”
