“The breakfast menu, or even option was NOT mentioned to me. As I waited in line I heard the front desk staff give the welcoming speal to the 3 guest in front of me checking in. But then when I checked in NOTHING! ”

“No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!”

“Booked this location for the pool and hot tub. When I arrived was informed that the pool and hot tub had been closed for several weeks. Front desk lady basically put it on me. Then said oh you booked thru Expedia, I can’t help If they don’t let you know. Then I asked her about the crib I requested and she had a reason why they didn’t have one in the room for us. Got settled in for a few hours then went out. Told her while leaving we do not have a crib is one coming. She was confused but said she...

“There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room.”

“Asked when i made reservation that i needed a adjoining room. No one ever verified that i wasnt getting that. When i asked they said no. Pool was so crowded we couldnt even use. The exercise bikes were broken.breakfast so crowded we couldnt use. Ice machines never worked. Was told 8 min walk to mall. Wrong 10-15 minute drive. So was kind of dissapointed.”
