“Perfect for overnight stay”

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. “The pullout couch is not a good option for sleeping, especially an adult. It is like a very firm pillow on the ground. The staff was super helpful providing an egg crate and additional bedding but not really a good option for a bed. An updated pullout would be suggested and a handheld shower option.”

“And the actual hotel was very clean, staff was excellent in helping with whatever I needed. The elevator was slow and the coin machine on the washing machine didn’t work very well at all. I had to get help with that.. the air conditioner was hard to keep the temperature cool and the remote didn’t hardly wanna work at all on the TV. I would still stay there again. It was still very nice motel and I was there for four nights.”
