B&B a Bala

“The room was disgusting. We are not picky, but mould cigarettes and an unstable floor to say the least are a whole other level! The person at the desk moved us to another room which wasn't as bad, but no other room than the horror show was available for our second night and they wouldn't refund even a portion of the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“Room looked at the roof AC was very noisy”

From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. A special thank you to Jonathan at reception, who was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Ingrid, the cleaner, also deserves a huge shoutout. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service honestly went above and beyond. We simply...
