Pousada a Bansko

“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”

“Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area. After a hard day on the slopes, it felt like heaven. The Himalayan salt infrared sauna is a real highlight and genuinely seemed to help with recovery. The pool is also a very good size, and...
