“A great sized clean room with a separate living area. The staff were very attentive. Judging by the quality of the breakfast I wished I had had dinner there. For the location and quality this was exceptional value.”

“Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.”

“Great location, close to gondola station, bars restaurants, supermarkets etc but nice quiet area and no disturbance.”

“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”
