“Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area. “Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.”
