“The location is the reason we go. But the property was really not being maintained. The wifi never worked, the hot tubs are just sitting with old water in them and are really a safety hazard with children. The bathroom was very dirty and covered with mold. The shower door would not fully close so water just poured in the floor. I made these things known to the staff and was just told they would let someone know. Disappointing experience at a place we’ve previously enjoyed. ”
