“The property was small. We loved that it was on the first floor, close to the door and laundry. We were very close to grocery stores, restaurants and a cozy little coffee shop. It was good for just my husband and I for a short stay. ”

“The place was great! Beautiful location, clean and tidy. Had everything you would ever need provided. Our only challenge was getting our luggage up the 4 half flight of steps. We didn't realize the location was on the 3rd floor. We are both over 65 & the altitude got to us. Highly recommend this place to stay year round.”

“Overall I absolutely loved my vaction rental. The amenities are 5 stars, the view was extremely relaxing, the kitchen was luxurious, and the projector was a nice fancy touch. Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket.”

“Neaux Better Place is a beautiful location and close to town, very easy to find. We did a lot of sightseeing locally and drove to Ouray and South Fork, CO. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We found this wonderful Honeyville company near Durango. The honey is delicious. We enjoyed our time in Pagosa Springs and at Neaux Better Place.”

“Great location - beautiful view of the lake. Decorated beautifully - very nautical and cozy. Needs some love and care. Great to have grill but only 2 burners on it worked - which was okay. Couldn’t open a couple of windows due to screen torn and no screen on others but it was cool enough. Entry gate to the house needs fixing - wood rot but easily fixable - but made entry and departure a tad challenging. Would definitely rent again! ”
