“I only stayed two nights but they were good! The first night our bed broke and we got an excellent upgrade! The pools were nice I wish the outside one was a little warmer! And I never woke up for breakfast lol”

“No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.”

“They say they are fully refundable when they are not, the staff did not want to refund the 2 nights we had left because we left early due to cleanliness. There was food still in the floor and in cabinets, hair all over the sheets and shower, a dirty rag on the shelf, tv was awful and the remote doesnt even work, the floor feels awful and disgusting. Lobby restrooms out of paper towels for days on end and when they finally restocked the paper towels, they were out of toilet paper. “The room was clean and parking was great. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party.
