“Stayed one night in this hotel which has recently been taken over by new management and refurbished- comfortable room, great location , very friendly and attentive staff, good food and good value”
“This was the second time there for me and I found what I was expecting: very kind and friendly staff(Becky and Diane), cosy and clean room, delicious breakfast and the location perfect a few minutes from the bus stop and the harbour”
“Great location. Even though the weather was terrible the sea was really choppy, it was still lovely to sit on the sofa and watch the bpats coming in and out of the harbour.”
“It was absolutely amazing the apartment was beautiful the location had everything on the doorstep eateries bars even a ferry and the view was stunning ”
“Facilities were well organised and everything was as described. Bed was comfortable. Only downside wife me was that the carpet needs a clean, it is getting sticky under foot. Otherwise all good.”
“Staff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. The breakfast was really good quality and reasonably priced.
Biggest downside is that the room was cramped— we were on a several-day trip, so it was hard to manage our large suitcases in the space. Would have also helped to have some more hooks or something to hang clothes and towels from.

“Right in the heart of the Barbican this is a lovely modern apartment in a historic looking building. I loved that the hallway and stairs that lead to the apartment, and the apartment itself were adorned with the artwork of a local artist. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!”
