“Staff efficient but robotic and lacked empathy. Bedroom tired and the lighting was inadequate when applying make-up. Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! Hot water in bathroom basin very slow in coming through and the toilet seat is misaligned ”

Pork belly mash and the most delicious red cabbage I've ever had and I've travelled a lot and eaten a lot in my travels, this was up there with the best. ”

The bed was comfy and spacious. The showers, hot and powerful. The only downside was that the room was slightly chilly and the plug in radiator did not work enough to warm it up…..
