By morning, the carpet near the air conditioner was even wet, which may have been contributing to the odor. The room itself appeared clean, but the dingy walls and persistent musty smell made it feel less clean than it actually was. “I've stayed here a handful of times now when I come into town for business. It used to be really clean and very nice, but over the past few years its gone downhill a little bit. Its still pretty clean, but needs to be updated and is not as nice as it used to be overall.”

“The pool looked very nice. We did not use it. The bar was ok, except we went in and were not acknowledged in a timely manner. So we left. After dinner, we went back and staff was better. The music was good, but way too loud. The room had a slight funky smell-maybe old smoke or mold. The bathroom wall had a hole in it where the door knob fit. No door stop. The pillows were great-I find many places have bad pillows. I thought it was a little pricey for it's condition.”

“The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure”

“The lady that checked us in was wonderful. She didnt tell us there was no.maid service, but guess there wasnt. Breakfast was light. We were downstairs and it seemed very damp. But think they were controlling it as much as they could. Had many dehumidifiers. A few water bugs around. The shower curtain in our room had trouble staying put, so water went on floor, which does not help w the dampness. Air conditioning was good.”

Then the elevator doesn't stop even with the floor and my first step out was face first on the floor as the elevator stopped about 3 inches above the floor. “The water park is in need of some TLC. One of the water slides was out of order, rust is quite noticeable on the upper portions of the structure, and half the sprays don't work. Plenty of places to sit in the water park area with room for more if needed. Concessions were decently priced. Room was clean however similar to the water park needs some TLC - over half the cable channels did not work and the front desk explanation was they just don't.
