“Fine stay. Simple place. Clearly just renovated, but done in a decent way. I did hear a bit of noise both nights (dogs, kids), but nothing I couldn't sleep through.”

“Staff was decent, helpful. however the first night there we witnessed a woman being beat up and last night there men were outside of room taking about shooting each other ”

“Parking was fine. Wouldn’t use the bar again. My tropical kind of drink was pretty mediocre.”

“No amenities. The front desk with its fractured safety glass did respond when asked for the filthy room window to be cleaned. The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind.”

“Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. It appears that some updates have been done and some remain to be done. ”

“When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front...

“Egg white frittata -⬇️ Biscuits-🆗 Sausage patties-🆗 Coffee✅ Waffles-? They were having trouble with waffle maker. Nothing was hot enough, even coffee. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have been great!!! Clean and staff friendly ”

“The front desk staff, from check-in to departure, the room, housekeeping- all great and appreciated. We'd come back to this property any chance to be in Winston-Salem. We were there for a hospital procedure. The hotel could not have been more convenient. ”

“The kitchen was not equipped for cooking the hallway carpet was dirty,the garbage cans by the front of the hotel was never emptied,cigarette buts littered the entrance and my room reeked of cigarette and I do not smoke.The residents smelled like weed ”

“I inadvertently booked a room where i had to walk down the hall to my bathroom. The very nice hotel manager was able to put me in a different room the next night. As an older person I appreciated that. This place grew on me. Its so near Old Salem and downtown. I was able to walk to many of my activities. ”

“The Room was Clean. The staff was pleasant.The Breakfast was as good as expected and The parking was also good. Slept well and will be back.”
