Hotel vicino a Billy Graham Center Museum - Chicago

“Not a great place considering that it ran us $175/night. Was expecting something much nicer for the price. Room was Spartan - missing furniture. Example: Coffee maker sitting on top of mini fridge in the floor in a corner. No table. No desk. Just weird. Strong smell of weed in parking lot. Bathroom was nice and clean. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Overall though, not a great experience.”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“This hotel is very dated, dirty, and in disrepair. I asked to switch rooms because the room smelled like mold. But after moving to a different one I realized this is just how the hotel smells. I would have left then but had no place to go and was too tired to make the drive home.”

“Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.”

“It was a disappointing stay at this Marriott. It does not live up to the standards you expect from Marriott. The property and rooms are out dated. Cleanliness is the main reason I choose Marriott and this location was... lacking to say it nicely. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm and had to wait an hour to get our keys, then we did not receive the room I selected when placing the reservation.
