“We didn’t receive any services for our 4 day stay. We had to search out the cleaning crew for fresh towels, and room essentials. When I called to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned they said they were short staffed. We were out of our room plenty of hours for them to do a quick clean. The garbage was never emptied we had to bag it up and set it outside our room. The last straw was we had been out for several hours and came back to our still unclean room. “the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

“Our experience was pretty good with the hotel and accommodations. The room itself was fine and spacious enough, although we did not like the moving door to the bathroom. Our lower review results from the incident we faced when we returned to our room to see that our door was open, even after we had made sure we had closed it. From then on, we did not feel totally safe in the accommodations.”
