“I have stayed here many times and loved it. This time, the room was freezing cold—61 degrees—when we arrived when it was only in the low 70’s outside. The room stayed that temperature for many hours, even as we tried to turn down the air. We finally turned on the heat, but the room always had a chill.”

“The property was great in that it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool and fitness center were excellent. Breakfast was great; not marvelous but good enough to get the day going. What wasn't great was the housekeeping because I expected for my room to be attended to "every other day" as per the handout. I checked in Thursday late at night, put the "do not disturb " sign friday daytime, removed it on Saturday daytime and expected housekeeping upon arrival Saturday night....

“Out stay here was nothing short of fantastic. I must say the breakfast was really good they just need more help with larger crowds. Otherwise no complaints! Our room was very clean and had plenty of amenities available. Pool is small but it’s there, thin walls but it isn’t the worst. I would stay here again! Customer service also is very good”

“This property worked well for our large group that needed to stay in the area for a few days. The pool and landscaping were nice, but would have liked the room to be cleaner. The carpet was ripped and stained, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and old soap in the shower when we arrived. Sheets were clean and beds were comfy and we were able to get clean towels daily upon request. ”

"Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura."
