“we enjoyed our 3 night stay at Live Casino . the room was very roomy and nice . the staff was very nice . Bed was great and our breakfast was very good”

“They had my room amenities wrong. I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom ”

“The gentleman at check-in was awesome. It is a casino, so there is a strong Tabasco odor in the lobby. Not a great place for a late meal. Tried twice to get my steak cooked to medium well. Finally gave up. ”

“the staff was so friendly the first room we got bed was unmade and no shower curtain the staff did a good job at getting a new room and it was nice the elevators were not very clean but the lobby and room were clean ”

“The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them.”

“Perfect location, right off the highway. Breakfast was hot and ready daily. Clean rooms and clean hotel. Free parking. Staff super attentive and friendly.”

“The AC, fridge, and microwave all worked as they should. The bed was comfortable. The DISH TV channel selection was skimpy and the image was grainy for reasons unknown. I alerted the desk staff to the problem to no avail. No coffee in the room, but the lobby has it. Bring your own shampoo.”
