“Bellissima struttura nella via più rinomata dello shopping !!!”

“A this price I expect a coffee machine (or a boiler as a minimum) in my room. I was very surprised not to find one. I also expected to find a movable shower in addition to the fixed sower. Movable shower is very efficient in rinsing soap. I could pass on the shower, but lack of coffee machine/boiler will probably lead me to search another hotel next time I’m in Boston. My daughter moved here so I plan to come two or three times a year for prolonged periods (one week or so)”

“We stayed at The Langham Boston for three nights to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the room was beautiful and tastefully furnished, the staff extremely kind and professional, and the location perfect for exploring the city. “The hotel was clearly a fantastic place in the past, and a charming one, but now it s in full decay. It s oldish, with a bad service, angry employees, and way too expensive for what it offers when compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood ”

“Great location for attending Red Sox games. Short walk to Fenway and many restaurant's. The area around the hotel and park could be cleaned up. I would think that the hotel could at least clean the sidewalk area in front of their doors each morning, especially after a ball game. The hotel inside was always nice. We will stay again when in town.”

“The BW hotel is in a great location. It's near the water and you can walk to tons of restaurants/tourist landmarks, etc. The rooms were spacious, the TV was large, beds were firm and not lumpy like other places and I liked the free water. I don't know why the fridge and/or microwave is not just in your room. They made staff drag it to various rooms upon request. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service was good. Unfortunately, we did not get a room upgrade with the VIP benefit but I...
