“Good breakfast bar—better than most An issue that affected my overall rating: I accidentally left my hearing aid charger in the room. We called to have it mailed. The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me.”

“Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before. “Clean, simple, easy check-in, nice to have a breakfast bar option. They charge for parking which is kind of insane in this area as it’s an area full of strip malls, not downtown. They said it’s because they don’t own the parking lot. It was $10 overnight but more just the concept. ”

“We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.”
