The front desk staff, especially Julie, was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Julie was able to check-in. Whenever we saw Julie, she stopped to ask if we needed anything.
The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The quality was very good, not cheap flimsy items. We used the microwave, cooktop, and the refrigerator. We liked having the island so we could sit and enjoy our meals. The beds were very comfortable.
The shower was stocked with full size containers of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
We had an issue with streaming to our TV. It wasn't an issue that the hotel staff could resolve. We call the 800 number on the TV screen, and they resolved the issue within minutes.
The sofa was comfortable. It was positioned so that I could sit and enjoy the view of the mountains.
The breakfast was great. They offered hot items (oatmeal (and several toppings), scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, tortillas, bacon/pork sausage, and french toast sticks - I think they were made and not frozen), cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, and pastries.
We got beer and wine from the bar. The hotel offered several choices of each. The bartender was attentive.
We were very pleased with the hotel. I recommend the Hyatt House North Scottsdale, and would stay there again.
