The overall condition of the hotel was satisfactory with some areas that could be improved.
1. Hot water in the sink and bathtub took several minutes to arrive. After turning on the lever you would have to wait 3-4 minutes before getting hot water.
2. Bathroom towels were clean, however they were old and worn out.
3. We stayed at this hotel from January 6-9, and for a few hours on the evening of January 10. On the morning of Wednesday, January 7, we were awakened at 7:30 am by construction workers who were remodeling the unit next to ours. (We were staying in room 4003). There was also noise due to repaving of the parking lot outside our window. This was not acceptable. The hotel should have put us in a different room away from noise.
The on-site coffee shop serving Starbucks branded products was very convenient. Jewel, the attendant was very nice and pleasant.
We ordered room service once and the food was good, tasty, and delivered in a timely manner.
One individual who stood out during our stay was a staff member by the name of Richard. He helped us with our luggage when we checked in and also transported us around the property on a few occasions. He was courteous, polite, and very helpful.
Overall our stay was satisfactory but not to the level I have become accustomed to when staying at a Hilton property.
