Front desk staff were pleasant and the rooms were a good size.
Housekeeping was horrible. When an article of clothing went missing I tracked down the head of housekeeping. The cleaning person acknowledged putting my child’s red bathing suit into the commercial laundry machine amongst white towels….
Soiled pool towels were regularly seen on the floor of walkways and outside of the pool area. When more towels were needed at the pool, it took two trips to the front desk and a mention from a wandering staff member to finally get pool towels.
The fruit enhanced water dispenser in the lobby was a nice touch. If only a staff member could bother putting more water in it when it had run out.
Property could greatly benefit from someone fixing minor things like doors, lights out on the buttons in the elevator, minor paint issues….
Overall, no one seems to take pride in the property. Maintenance and cleaning staff need additional training and a little tlc here would go a long way. When posted rates exceed $300/night, this property feels more like a sub $200/night, hotel.
