“The place was great for the reason I needed it and the amenities was good breakfast was great and staff was helpful no issues at all with my stay.”

“I booked for two queen bed room, but the receptionist only provided me with one bed and did not offer any refund of the money. customer service was terrible”

“The hideway bed mattress was dirty and rust stains were on the mattress. Also, the night stand lamp shade near the beds were extremely filthy.”

“We got a complimentary breakfast. That was good. The not good was when we walked into the room we noticed the tile at the entry was damp. An employee came and wiped down the floor. The next morning shower when finished every cool surface had heavy condensation. It looked like we had sprayed water everywhere, even to the point of puddles on the floor. Which we absolutely did not. I’m sure, if not already, there will be a significant mold problem. Staff said they would check into it.”

“Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.”

“It was cheap and did the job. The property was decent, but a lot of people seem to live there rather than visit. The staff wasn't helpful. At check-in, she didn't even tell me my room number until I asked, and the wifi will not work in your room. If you're only looking for a place to sleep.... this could do”

“The room was clean, super small but okay for 1 night, the grounds needed attention & grass cut when I arrived, but they did have them cut the following day, leaving grass all over my car. The pool was closed said it needed chemicals, but seemed clean & clear when viewed, must have cash only to purchase drinks or chips at front desk. Was told I would receive my deposit within 24-48 hours, got it 4 days after check out. The nicest staff was the little older lady that was doing house keeping,...

“The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!”

“This was the worst hotel I has every went to. We didn’t stay in the room cause the room was so dirty and the cover on the bed was so dirty. Then when we ask for a refund they try to get loud with us.”

“The young lady at the counter when I checked in was so helpful. The hotel as a whole need a cosmetic makeover. The water in the swimming pool was green, the grounds needed maintenance and the keycard did not work. The front desk clerk had to use a manual key to let me in. AWFUL. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!”
