Literally one of the worst days I've had in such a long time. I never write reviews but I decided to write this one. The whole hotel itself is nice. The staff is okay. The food in the breakfast area is mediocre and overall you have to ask for towels and washcloths daily. We stayed there for four days and we got the room cleaned once and that was per our request. Also they have double, I'm sorry, triple charged our card and for four days at this point they have billed our account over $1,200 and we are still waiting on $500 of it to still be released. They said they didn't know what happened. It was something with the system, something going on with Hyatt. Either way we will never stay at this hotel again. The money is still on hold on our account and we've only stayed there for four days. The stay should have been $500 and $1,200 is pending on our card and still pending right now. So I feel like the front desk doesn't know what they're doing. No one has any answers and it is really frustrating to have your money on hold when you've only stayed there for a certain amount of time and they just say that they don't know what happened. I will never stay at this hotel again. Beware.
