“The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.”

“The best I can give it was "OK". I just expected more for about $200 a night. Thankfully, we only needed a place to stay for one night. We arrived around 12:30PM and they didn't have any rooms available for us to check in so we spent the day at the beach and got back about 8PM. Pretty much showered went to sleep then left the next morning. It did the job as a place to sleep for a night but not where I would have wanted to spend a vacation for any amount of time. The ladies serving the biscuits...
