The bed in our room was comfortable and the room was updated with new decor and paint, which covered some old blemishes. The only negative was the room tidiness. “We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would...

“Didn't know it was a smoking room. Smelled awful! Room was 61 degrees at 11pm! Not very clean. No toliet paper in lobby bathrooms. ”

“The property was really run down. Our first room had a busted AC unit and smelled really musty. However, the staff was amazing and helped with everything! Breakfast was very basic. We came down an hour before it closed, and there was absolutely nothing to drink. The waffle maker didn’t cook the waffles all the way through. It was definitely let down.”

However, our room was not cleaned the entire stay (had to request service)...mindful of the property's policy of housekeeping service every other day - yet it never happened across 4days. Property well maintained and near to restaurants & shopping. Stayed there about 3-4 times and would try this property again.”
