Hotel a Walnut Grove

“Room was clean, staff was helpful, no problems or issues.”

“Our room was clean, and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The facility was clean inside and out. The staff and managers were awesome. They made recomendations as to where to and not to eat. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.This was my second stay at this hotel. In the near future, I will be back for a third stay. ”

“The coffee was good didn’t eat any of the foods. Seemed like they have a good variety to choose from. The parking was convenient to the room. ”

“Old rooms and old bedding. Staff tried to give a double room when I booked a king room. Adequate parking. ”

“The room is very small. The handle on the toilet didn't work, we had to fix it twice. Ice machine didn't work. ”

“Very clean from the moment I walked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at Fairfield from now on.”

“We did not stay as it was dirty from the moment we entered and room had not been cleaned to expectations ”

“Boats, buses and fire trucks taking up the lot when we arrived was alarming. Then our first room was unprepared. Only one elevator, so that was fun carrying all of our stuff back to the lobby. Chemical smell upon opening the door. Cleaning supplies? Pictures make it look like it’s on the lake. It’s not really. Birds everywhere on the outside, so bird poo on the windows. Coffee maker didn’t cooperate well, but went downstairs for coffee. That worked out. ”

“Outlets not working. Staff nowhere to be found. Room was hidden in a breezeway.”

“Please be Amazed at the Transformation of this Property. Everything is Remodeled nicely Clean Rooms and to top it off a Full Breakfast in the Morning.”
