“A nice safe area located close to a Publix and other restaurants. Stayed with our family of 6 and the two beds and the little trundle fit us perfectly. Super clean and well decorated. Cute little movie area when you walk into the lobby my kids thought was sweet! ”

“Noise from sliding entrance door to the hotel below our room. Could hear snoring from room next to ours. Bed was not comfortable.”

“The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke and the condition of the room was rough with a cockroach in the bathroom. Staff was great and gave us a different room. That room was much better. There was dog poop on the floors by the entrance the next morning, my husband told staff and it was still there an hour later. ”

“This is my 2nd visit to this Fairfield Inn Cullman, AL. Once for a wedding and this time for a volleyball tournament. I love the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the front desk staff! Thank you for another enjoyable stay! ”

“Everything was perfect! Easy to access from highway. Fresh cookies, hot coffee and iced lemonade were offered on arrival! Nice! Welcoming, spotless and modern. King-size bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was great and staff was excellent. We found a gem - a welcomed respite from a long road trip. Absolutely recommend!!”

“I’m not sure I’ve ever taken the time to review a room but this was really rough. Holes in the bathroom door and the walls- so dingy and dirty, the pictures are nothing like what you’re getting in real life. Not to mention staff was rather rude and unhelpful. I would just find somewhere else to stay if I were you. ”

“Old sundowner motel. Staff is rude and disrespectful. They give you late checkout then try to rush you out before the late check out time and charge you for being a minute late. I travel a lot to this area and I will never stay at this nasty place again with these rude people. ”

“We have dogs so he gave us a dog room. I guess that just means they clean as minimally as possible and don’t do any up keep on the room. Ive never stayed in a more run down hotel room. The sheets were clean though and the front desk guy was very nice. Also the parking lot/other guests seemed sketch. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Had bugs (roaches) all over the room and when I requested a refund I was told no that I could move to another room that was nasty or not stay. We chose not to stay. Still haven’t been offered a refund for this terrible stay and had to find a room for my family at midnight after a long day. ”
