“Parking was ok . Shops with in 3 miles. ”

“The upgrades to the property were amazing. So clean and up to date. I had a bit of an issue personally, and the staff was so helpful and revolved the problem. The breakfast was outstanding. Very delicious with great service. ”

“We have dogs so he gave us a dog room. I guess that just means they clean as minimally as possible and don’t do any up keep on the room. Ive never stayed in a more run down hotel room. The sheets were clean though and the front desk guy was very nice. Also the parking lot/other guests seemed sketch. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The carpet was torn between the room and the bathroom with the carpet tack strip exposed. There was a hole in the wall, the shower had a patch in the fiberglass, the shampoo dispenser was broken, the chair by the desk was disgusting and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We will not stay at another Sleep Inn.”

“It was awful. Check-in clerk was unhelpful. Room dirt and I got bug bites. Worst ever and we travel a lot and us. Hampton.”

“Check in took a total of over an hour. Our first room received a bad key, drove back around to the office to be told “there’s been a problem today with these doors”. Gives us a new room, takes my husband to the door to make sure the key works and they walk in on another guest sleeping. 3rd room filthy. Needless today we slept two hours and left. ”
