“It was a very clean, quiet room. GREAT bed! I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. The Check in girl was so sweet. And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was...

The big disappointment was the pool, it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel as I wanted to lounge by the pool on my day of arrival which is why I paid the early check in fee. Only to find that the pool was GREEN. It was disgusting, so I couldnt swim in it. :(”

“The room was clean and cleaning service was great. There was nobody there at 6:15 pm when I got in after delays with flights and a long day. I checked out and wanted a place to store my bag while I ate and waited to go to the airport but the lady in a closet, not at the desk but hiding in a closet said they could not do that. It was an odd way to leave and left a bad taste. I will not be staying at the painted lady again. Also there was no way to get H2O so ya…”
