“The property and rooms were clean and the location was great!! The staff was also nice!! There is no hot breakfast, and very basic, but decent enough to put something in your stomach to start the day. There is also no pool, but it was all good 👍 I would still stay again!”

“We enjoy our stay here most years while we are in town. This year, we ended up in a room that had issues with the wall near the AC unit - it seemed to be maybe leaking or had previously leaked and the wall was damaged from that. The pool is always great and being on the water is a perk. This year the on site laundry wasn’t great, machines were out of order leaving one working washer and dryer for large groups in town for a baseball tournament.”

“The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area.”

“I did not like the fact that I could not get a refund or even a partial refund. We were coming from the Tulsa, Ok. area but, could not make it due to circumstances beyond our control out on the road that put us way behind ( weather, primarily TWO wrecks that brought traffic to a standstill for long periods of time ).”

“Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and comfortable. I stayed with my pet, and everything went well. I would absolutely recommend it!”

“STAY AWAY !!!! They are independently owned and operated. The hotel was not well maintained. The staff was terrible, unhelpful and no customer service skills. 1. They charged my card for a $100 "deposit" for 2 rooms. I had to dispute the charge to get it off. 2. There was no coffee in the lobby and the clerk said the Lobby restroom was "clogged". To use the restroom I would have to complete check-in and use the one in the room. 3 There was a sign post "no breakfast sorry for the inconvenience"....

“Very basic but suited our purposes just fine. Breakfast was good.”

“It was decent. The check in/out signs did not match what was indicated by the hotel host. Pool closed early. Drawers in the kitchen were broken. It was decently clean and everyone was helpful. It served the purpose and we were fine with it for a quick stop but is not what you want if you're looking for a nicer hotel.”

“It was a very clean, quiet room. GREAT bed! I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. The Check in girl was so sweet. And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was...

“The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. The big disappointment was the pool, it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel as I wanted to lounge by the pool on my day of arrival which is why I paid the early check in fee. Only to find that the pool was GREEN. It was disgusting, so I couldnt swim in it. :(”
