“Elevators were down, room was absolutely disgusting, roof top bar had to close early, got moved to another room and it was just as filthy! Not the way we wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary night!!!!!!!! Blood and pubic hair all in our shower! Carpet had not been vacuumed! ”

“Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. ”

“One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have.”

“Really nice hotel, close to wonderful bars and restaurants! A bit noisy because of the busy road, but the city quiets down by 1-2am, so we did not mind it much.”

“Nice hotel overall. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Breakfast had several options available. Parking is an additional daily charge in a parking garage next to the hotel. My only complaint was the elevator issues. Only one was working and the hotel was full so this made getting up to our rooms difficult (we were on the 6th -top floor). We heard from staff the elevator issue had been an ongoing problem for several months and at times both elevators were down. Glad that was not the case...

“First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....
