Hotel in zona Vestavia Hills, Birmingham

“Missing pillows. Missing light bulb. Understaffed. The room seemed clean. The one employee there was super friendly and helpful. He got me pillows. The poor guy was there when I arrived at 11pm and still there when I left at 7am. The hotel was totally sold out so that was probably the reason for the issues. The room cost less than $100 for the night so all in all it really wasn’t bad to be honest. ”

“Horrible, it has a horrible odor throughout the hotel and the rooms, walls paper thin.raggedy, dirty laundry, dirty bathroom, the staff was weird and rude, inside is very old and outdated, the chairs was old and smelly. the chicken wings was just awful. I would not recommend staying here. Never again! ”

“We went with a group- 2 people checked out and went elsewhere but the manager told us no refunds so some of us stayed. My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. Another person in our group had no air conditioning and another had plumbing issues in their room as well. “Rundown Hotel. In need of major repairs and remodel. The pool heater does not work. The bathroom has multiple holes in the wall. Town racks are pulled out of the wall. The bathroom door handle was broken and hanging. One and a half stars at best..”

“Good property, the air freshener they use was not a pleasant smell. The rooms were very nice, old furniture by the elevators that took away from the appearance. The elevator needed a deep cleaning, but once again, I emphasize rooms were very nice.”
