“Our family just recently visited the Secret Slough. It was the secluded retreat that we hoped it would be. Very, very private! We thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming entrance with the sound of the waterfall as we arrived to the house. The house is very spacious and suited our family perfectly. “The home was PERFECT and stocked with everything that we could possibly need during our stay! Immaculate and so spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out, beds were so comfy and had privacy from neighbors. Grill and fire pit were so wonderful and cannot believe how perfect the decor was. “We absolutely had the best time at Tara King's lake house. Other than food and floats, we didn't need much else. Her home was well supplied with everything we needed for a relaxing few days with our big ol' family. House was spotless, beds were comfy and lake was a short walk away. Simply perfect. We'll be back again next year if the good Lord allows. ”

It rained at some point on most days but had plenty of games or just chill and read a book. We used the paddle boards and played corn hole too. “We travel a lot, so to find a VRBO like the "old VRBO days" was SOOO nice. Homeowner stayed in touch, not an agency. Basic necessities being stocked upon arrival is always so hopeful when traveling with kids (paper napkins, TP, trash bags, etc.) and they had these and more! Especially the availability of the leisure items! I could not rave enough. My family of five (kids 3, 5, 8) couldn't have picked a better spot. ”
