“The facilities were nice but the problem is there is not a local person if an issue arise. We had two separate issues with the fire alarm overnight the first took an hour and 25 minutes for the fire department to respond and resolve. Only for the smoke alarms to back off two hours later. Come to find out out that they have had issues with the system for weeks. I understand things happen but no one locally to help and twice in one night is ridiculous”

If you cannot manage or have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. No elevators or ramps, which can make trying to carry luggage and supplies to your unit challenging. their 1st floor is technically the 2nd floor due to the parking garage being under the units.
