“Our Initial room was not to our liking, the blinds on the front and back doors were broken, shower was not working properly, but the manager Frank and front desk staff got right on top of that and sent someone to have those things fixed. Then there was another issue that happened the following more, but was quickly taken care of by moving us to another Villa, which was very clean, and comfortable. Overall stay was very relaxing.. I would stay again.”
